Nvidia Unveils RTX Spark Windows PCs, Adds DGX Station for 1-Trillion-Parameter AI Models
Nvidia unveiled RTX Spark, an Arm-based Windows chip family built with Microsoft for PCs that run AI agents locally, and DGX Station for Windows, a deskside GB300 system that Nvidia says can run AI models with up to 1 trillion parameters locally. RTX Spark systems are due this fall, while DGX Station is slated for the fourth quarter.
The products extend a three-year Nvidia-Microsoft effort to shift Windows machines toward local AI rather than cloud-only services, broadening Nvidia's role from graphics chips to full PC platforms. Microsoft also showed a Surface Laptop Ultra using RTX Spark, with additional systems planned from vendors including Dell, HP and Lenovo; DGX Station includes OpenShell for building and running secure AI agents on Windows.
