US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Lose $1.7 Billion in 4th Straight Week of Outflows
U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds posted net outflows of $326 million on June 5, while U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs lost $5.97 million, according to SoSoValue data. The Bitcoin products were in a fourth straight week of net outflows, with $1.7 billion leaving last week, the largest weekly withdrawal in more than a year.
The figures suggest the prior day's rebound did not hold. Spot Bitcoin ETFs had taken in about $3.05 million on June 4, the only inflow day since May 15, before returning to net withdrawals; spot Ethereum ETFs also swung back into outflows after adding about $19.3 million a day earlier.
