Rubrik Beats Q1 Estimates, Forecasts Up to $1.648 Billion in FY 2027 Revenue
Rubrik reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 results ahead of estimates, with total revenue rising 39% from a year earlier to $387.1 million and adjusted EPS of $0.16. Subscription revenue increased 41% to $374.2 million and subscription annual recurring revenue grew 32% to $1.57 billion. For fiscal 2027, the company forecast revenue of $1.638 billion to $1.648 billion and adjusted EPS of $0.25 to $0.35, while second-quarter revenue is seen at $395 million to $397 million and adjusted EPS at $0.03 to $0.05.
Rubrik also projected fiscal 2027 subscription ARR of $1.854 billion to $1.862 billion and free cash flow of $293 million to $303 million. In the quarter, free cash flow was $73.6 million, or a 19% margin, and customers with more than $100,000 in subscription ARR rose 24% to 2,946.
