France-Listed Capital B Seeks Shareholder Approval for $5.82 Billion in Shares and $116.4 Billion in Credit Instruments for Bitcoin Buys
Capital B, a France-listed Bitcoin treasury firm, is seeking shareholder approval to authorize up to $5.82 billion through new share issuance and up to $116.4 billion through credit instruments to fund additional Bitcoin purchases.
The proposal would give the company more than $100 billion of new capital-raising authority aimed at accelerating its BTC buys. The financing capacity would depend on shareholder approval.
