Palo Alto Networks Beats Q3 Estimates, Raises FY26 Revenue Outlook to $11.42B-$11.43B
Palo Alto Networks reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $3.0 billion, up 31% from a year earlier, and adjusted earnings of 85 cents a share, both ahead of estimates. Remaining performance obligations rose 36% to $18.4 billion and next-generation security annual recurring revenue climbed 60% to $8.1 billion. The company raised fiscal 2026 guidance to $11.42 billion to $11.43 billion of revenue and $3.77 to $3.79 of adjusted EPS, while forecasting fourth-quarter revenue of $3.35 billion to $3.36 billion.
The outlook includes CyberArk and Chronosphere, which contributed $388 million of revenue in the quarter, plus $1.6 billion of next-generation security ARR and $1.8 billion of RPO. Palo Alto said customers are turning to it to secure AI deployments at scale, and its fiscal 2026 targets imply a 28.9% to 29.2% non-GAAP operating margin and a 37.5% adjusted free-cash-flow margin.
