Architect Buys US-Regulated Venue to Launch AI Supply-Chain Derivatives Exchange
Architect Financial Technologies, an offshore derivatives exchange operator, has bought a U.S.-regulated trading venue and is preparing the American Innovation Exchange, a planned market for trading the AI economy. Architect said the exchange will offer futures and options on compute, metals, energy and other instruments across the AI supply chain.
The purchase links Architect’s offshore exchange business to a U.S.-regulated platform as it readies the new venue. Architect described the American Innovation Exchange as the first U.S. derivatives exchange designed for trading the AI economy and said it is coming soon.
