Honeywell-Backed Quantinuum IPO Draws Orders for Double-Digit Multiple of Shares Offered
Quantinuum Inc.'s initial public offering has drawn orders for a double-digit multiple of the shares available, according to people familiar with the matter, as the Honeywell International Inc.-backed quantum-computing company prepares to price the deal after the New York market closes on June 3. The offering is seeking to raise as much as $1.05 billion.
The deal has also attracted anchor-type orders from long-only investors, the people said. JPMorgan Chase & Co., Morgan Stanley, Jefferies Financial Group Inc. and Evercore Inc. are among the banks working on the offering, and a Quantinuum representative declined to comment.
