Chainlink Upgrades Ethereum SVR With Parallel Orderflow Auctions to Raise Protocol Revenue
Chainlink said it has upgraded SVR on Ethereum mainnet so the oracle MEV recapture system can support multiple orderflow auctions in parallel. The company said the approach is intended to increase competition among searchers and maximize revenue recaptured for DeFi protocols.
Chainlink described the change as an "orderflow auction multiplexing" approach and said it reduces inclusion delay, raises recapture rates and improves system resilience. The company also said searchers should integrate with all supported orderflow auction providers to maximize competitiveness, and pitched the service to DeFi protocols as a way to recapture non-toxic oracle MEV and increase revenue.
