UK Allows Diesel, Jet Fuel Imports Refined in Third Countries From Russian Crude
The UK will allow diesel and jet fuel refined in third countries from Russian crude oil to be imported under a sanctions carve-out, effectively loosening some Russian sanctions on products processed outside Russia in countries such as India and Turkey.
The waiver extension also highlighted divisions among allies over Russia sanctions. EU's Dombrovskis said it showed the G7 does not agree on everything.
