Cohere Acquires Reliant AI to Accelerate Biopharma Platform, Expand Europe Footprint
Cohere said it has acquired Reliant AI, bringing Reliant’s domain-specific technology and team into its effort to build secure AI systems for healthcare and biopharma.
The acquisition expands Cohere’s vertical product suite and is intended to accelerate North for Pharma, a purpose-built agentic AI platform for biopharma R&D, clinical development and scientific analytics. Cohere said the deal also strengthens its footprint in Canada and Germany and builds on its momentum across Europe.
