SpaceX Targets Cursor Acquisition 30 Days After Expected June 12 Debut

SpaceX expects to proceed with its acquisition of artificial-intelligence coding startup Cursor 30 days after the company begins trading publicly, Bloomberg reported, citing sources. If SpaceX lists on June 12 as previously reported, the transaction would be on track for mid-July.

The takeover timetable adds a new post-IPO element to an offering process that earlier reports said could include publication of a prospectus as soon as Wednesday ahead of a possible June 12 market debut. Those reports valued the offering at roughly $1.75 trillion to above $2 trillion and said it could raise as much as $75 billion.
