SoFi Acquires Peach, Adding Lending Platform Supporting $2 Billion in Active Loans
SoFi has acquired Peach, a cloud-native lending technology platform used to launch and service lending programs. Peach supports more than $2 billion in active loans across more than 50 lenders, and the deal marks SoFi's third acquisition this year.
Peach will join SoFi's Technology Solutions arm, bringing the lending infrastructure company together with Galileo and Technisys and adding another backend layer to SoFi's technology stack.
