Mercury raised $200 million in a Series D funding round that valued the fintech startup at $5.2 billion, up 49% from its last round 14 months ago. TCV led the financing, with Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz and Coatue also participating.
The company has more than 300,000 customers, including one-third of early-stage U.S. startups, alongside $650 million in annualized revenue and four straight years of profitability.
