Decart raises $300 million, launches DOS 2.0 at nearly $4 billion valuation
Decart said it raised $300 million in a Series B round, bringing total funding to more than $450 million, and launched DOS 2.0, a new inference and training platform. The company said the system delivers more than 1,600 tokens per second for agentic inference and more than 100 frames per second for world models across major hardware platforms.
The round values Decart at about $4 billion, up from $3.1 billion after a $153 million fundraise in August 2025. Decart develops real-time video world models and chip-optimization technology, and said leading technology companies joined as both customers and investors.
