Brett Adcock's Hark Raises Over $700 Million in Series A at $6 Billion Valuation
Hark, an AI-powered device startup founded by Figure AI CEO Brett Adcock, has raised more than $700 million in a Series A financing led by Parkway Venture Capital at a $6 billion post-money valuation. Participants included Nvidia, AMD Ventures, Intel Capital, Qualcomm Ventures and Salesforce Ventures.
The company said it will use the funding to expand GPU infrastructure, accelerate AI model development, grow its engineering team to about 200 from roughly 70 and build next-generation AI hardware. Hark said it is hiring across foundation models, infrastructure, speech, computer-use agents and hardware engineering.
