Bitcoin Depot Flags Going-Concern Doubt as Q1 Revenue Falls 49%, Posts $9.5 Million Loss

Bitcoin Depot, an operator of thousands of Bitcoin ATMs across the US, reported a 49.2% year-over-year decline in first-quarter 2026 revenue to $84 million and posted a $9.5 million net loss, compared with net income of $12.2 million a year earlier. Gross profit fell 85.5% to $4.5 million, while cash reserves dropped to $44 million from $65.6 million.

The company flagged going-concern doubt, delayed its 10-Q filing and said it faces more than $20 million in legal judgments as it explores restructuring options.
