ASML, Tata Electronics Partner on India’s First Commercial 300mm Chip Fab
ASML and Tata Electronics have formed a strategic partnership to support India’s first commercial 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant in Dholera, a step aimed at advancing the country’s domestic chip-manufacturing ambitions.
The partnership will include ASML supplying lithography tools and helping develop local talent, research and development, and supply chains for Tata’s fab.
