Figma Raises 2026 Outlook After Revenue Tops Estimates as AI Features Gain Traction
Figma raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook after first-quarter sales and earnings beat estimates, with the design software company citing AI monetization and broader seat expansion. Revenue rose 46% from a year earlier to $333.4 million, above analyst estimates of $313.2 million, while adjusted earnings per share were 10 cents versus expectations of 6 cents. Figma said second-quarter revenue will be $348 million to $350 million and lifted its 2026 revenue forecast to $1.422 billion to $1.428 billion.
The company said the stronger performance was fueled by stronger than expected seat expansion across organizations and adoption of its AI products, with early traction from charging users directly for AI features. Net dollar retention reached 139%, paid customers increased 54% to about 690,000, and customers generating more than $100,000 in annual recurring revenue rose 48% to 1,525. Shares gained more than 8% in after-hours trading.
