Anthropic Weighs Fundraising Round Near $1 Trillion Valuation, Targeting $50 Billion
Anthropic is reportedly weighing a new fundraising round that could value the company near $1 trillion. According to one account of the process, investors were asked last week to submit allocations within 48 hours for a targeted $50 billion raise.
Separately, onchain pre-IPO trading data put Anthropic's market-implied valuation as high as $1.4 trillion, up from about $1.2 trillion five days earlier, illustrating how fast secondary pricing around AI companies can move.
