Cisco Beats Estimates, Raises AI Infrastructure Order Target to $9 Billion

Cisco reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $15.8 billion and adjusted earnings of $1.06 a share, beating estimates of $15.54 billion and $1.04. Product orders rose 35% from a year earlier, while networking product orders climbed more than 50%.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 AI infrastructure order target to $9 billion from $5 billion and increased its AI infrastructure revenue target to $4 billion from $3 billion. Cisco also projected fiscal 2026 revenue of $62.8 billion to $63.0 billion and adjusted earnings of $4.27 to $4.29 a share, above estimates of $61.6 billion and $4.16. Shares were up 12% in after-hours trading.
