Ledger Pauses Planned US IPO as Market Conditions Stall Crypto Listings
Ledger, the crypto security firm known for hardware wallets that store digital assets offline, has paused plans for a U.S. initial public offering because of unfavorable market conditions. The company has not filed a confidential S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and may pursue private fundraising instead.
Earlier reports valued a potential listing at about $4 billion and said Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Barclays were advising on the deal. Market conditions were also reported to be delaying IPO plans at Consensus.
