SpaceX Could Disclose IPO Prospectus Next Week, With Listing Set to Preserve Musk Control
SpaceX could publicly disclose its IPO prospectus as soon as next week, according to CNBC, after confidentially filing in April. The company’s roadshow is slated to begin June 8, and the offering has been reported at about $70 billion to $75 billion, a size that would surpass Saudi Aramco’s $25.6 billion 2019 sale and make it the biggest IPO on record.
The Financial Times also reported that the listing is set to preserve Elon Musk’s control. Earlier Reuters reporting on the confidential filing said Musk and a small group of insiders would keep super-voting shares that outweigh the stock sold to public investors.
