Nvidia Hits Record High, Crosses $5.5 Trillion in Market Value for First Time
Nvidia shares rose as much as 2.6% in early trading to a record high, pushing the company's market value above $5.5 trillion for the first time. The stock opened 2.3% higher before extending gains.
Micron and Qualcomm also advanced at the open, rising 6.3% and 4.4%, respectively.
