Cerebras Prices IPO at $185 Above Range in $5.6 Billion Offering

Cerebras priced its US initial public offering at $185 a share, above the marketed $150 to $160 range, raising about $5.6 billion and valuing the AI chipmaker at $56.4 billion on a fully diluted basis. The 30 million-share offering is expected to begin trading Thursday under the ticker CBRS.

The final price caps a rapid revision higher in the deal terms. Cerebras had already increased the IPO from 28 million shares at $115 to $125 each to 30 million shares at $150 to $160, and orders were reported to exceed the shares available by more than 20 times, underscoring strong investor demand for AI semiconductor listings.
