Cerebras Set to Raise IPO Range to $150-$160 as Demand Surges
Cerebras Systems is set to raise the price range for its initial public offering to $150 to $160 a share as early as Monday, from its prior $115 to $125 range, as demand for the AI chipmaker builds ahead of its May 13 pricing, according to sources. The company is also expected to increase the number of shares on offer to 30 million from 28 million.
The new target would be another step up from the $125 to $135 range discussed earlier this week, when the offering was described as more than 20 times oversubscribed. The reported adjustment comes as Cerebras sees strong demand from investors for the deal.
