Bitmine Stakes $320 Million More Ether, Tops 70% of Holdings
Bitmine staked an additional $320 million worth of Ether over the past 24 hours, bringing its total staked Ether to about 3.5 million ETH valued at roughly $8.1 billion. The position now represents more than 70% of the company’s holdings.
Earlier figures showed Bitmine had staked another 93,600 ETH, worth about $218 million, lifting the total to 3,489,469 ETH, or 70.12% of holdings. The company now controls more than 4.1% of Ethereum’s total supply, moving closer to a 5% target.
