Best Buy Names Jason Bonfig CEO as Corie Barry Steps Down
Best Buy named Jason Bonfig as its next chief executive officer, replacing Corie Barry after she steps down on Oct. 31. Bonfig is a 25-year company veteran who currently oversees merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, supply chain and retail media.
Bonfig will become the sixth CEO in Best Buy’s history, marking an internal succession at the retailer as Barry prepares to leave in late October.
