Procter & Gamble warned that surging oil prices could cut its fiscal 2027 profit by roughly $1 billion after tax, joining other global companies flagging significant cost pressures from the Iran war. The company said the projected hit assumes oil rises from about $60 a barrel before the conflict to about $100, increasing plastics, paper-packaging and transportation costs.
