Iran reopens Hormuz to commercial shipping but keeps the route tightly controlled
Iran said commercial ships can use the Strait of Hormuz during the ceasefire, but only on Iranian-designated routes, without hostile-country links, and with the risk of reclosing if the U.S. blockade stays in force.
